I’m Josefine, a certified hypnotherapist with specialized training in QHHT (Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique). I also hold a degree in Law as well as a degree in Rhetoric, the study of written, spoken, and visual language.

My curiosity lies in how we come to understand ourselves and the world around us. In my experience, understanding arises through presence, reflection and conversation. The sessions offer a shared space for exploration, where curiosity and awareness can unfold in their own time.
